At Spring Reins of Hope (SRoH) we offer educational systems a selection of results oriented workshops completely anchored in experiential (action based) learning – this training method offers students new insights and ways to develop or better implement creative thinking and problem solving that will help students not only with academics and sports but also with communication and social skills.
SRoH encourages involvement from parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators because together, we work to identify existing patterns that either impede or promote building healthy personal and social choices which becomes the foundation for success in all areas of their lives. With each educational partner Spring Reins of Hope creates a customized set of goals gathered to help each individual student and also the entire class or team involved. This information is gathered initially in a consultation meeting where we can learn about your school/organization, and its unique needs and culture. We listen to target the specific areas that are working well, and then also those that need improvement.
Each of the SRoH Educational Workshops are formatted to combine hands-on experiential exercises with the horses intertwined with guided discussion to allow students the space to explore, observe, and reflect on how intention, body language and perspective has a direct impact on effective communication and the varying results we achieve in return. In developing a partnership with intuitive animals to carry out specific tasks students will gain clarity about: compromising, goal setting, working through fears, clear communication, focused concentration, time management, stress relief, problem solving, and effective social skills to create a balance between academia and personal life that creates positive relationships and outcomes.
